Press near the bowl and drag it straight up to your mouth. The beat at the instant it touches decides that bite's grade.
The mouth purses and opens on its own beat. Land the strand at the exact moment for PERFECT — too early or too late and the grade drops.
After the first bite, the strand never disappears until the bowl is empty. Let go and it just freezes in place — pull again and it picks right back up.
Toppings riding the noodle get stuck in your throat. Tap them away — leave them, and your pass-line rating slowly drains.

Every round pairs a random guest with a random dish. Each person plays differently — a baby forgives a lot, a mukbanger gives you almost none.
The bowl, broth, noodle shape and toppings all change with the dish — read the color and toppings and you can tell what you are eating.
